Your new role
In your new role as Project Manager, your duties will be:
Oversee multiple projects and programmes simultaneouslyDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgetsCoordinate and lead project teams across various sitesEnsure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetMonitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessaryManage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulationsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and senior managementPrepare and present regular project status reportsFoster a collaborative and productive work environment across all projects
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need:

• Efficiently managing time to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience running programmes to deadline and within budget.
• Previous experience working within roofing and cladding is a plus.
• Clean driving licence.
• Clear communication skills to talk to clients and site staff.
