Contracts / Project Manager Derry | Londonderry Reactive Maintenance The Role: Responsible for the management of Social Housing Maintenance Contracts, including managing resources, ensuring task orders are completed in line with all Safety, Quality, Time, and Cost criteria and are compliant with KPI requirements. Requirements: Previous experience working on social housing projects. At least 3+ years experience as a Contracts / Project Manager. Drivers License. A Degree / HND in a related discipline would be desirable. Knowledge of NEC 3 contracts. Interested in hearing more?
