Fitout Site Manager Needed, Northwich, 34 weeks, ASAP

Your new company
My client is a large contractor overseeing the fitout of an office block on a large civils project in the Northwich area, and is looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager with the relevant experience to join their project for its duration.


As Site Manager you will:

• Be responsible for H&S and RAMS on site
• Liaise with the main contractor
• Attend daily coordination meeting
• Oversee subcontractors
• Tightly manage programme of works

• Excellent organisation and programming skills
  
• Experience on large construction projects
• Experience in fitouts is essential (CAT B experience desired)
• CSCS, SMSTS and UK-based experience is essential

• 34 weeks of work
