We are an innovative construction company based in Hertfordshire, with a proven track record of creating exceptional residential and commercial properties in prime locations. Due to company growth, we are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team, working on sites in the North/North-West London area.


We are offering a great opportunity for an individual looking to utilise and develop their existing construction knowledge together with their administration/operational skills. The role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient site/project management.




Summary of duties and responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day activities on the construction site.
  • Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and labour.
  • Develop and implement work schedules and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to the project plans and specifications for our highest quality standards.
  • Ensure health and safety, and site is maintained to a high standard.
  • Keeping site logs up to date.
  • Excellent timekeeping and professionalism at all times.
