Legal Service Project Manager – £550/day (Inside IR35)

Location: Birmingham (pref), Manchester, or Leeds

Initial contract until April 2025, with a 6-month extension likely.

I’m recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking, global organisation looking for a skilled Legal Service Project Manager to join their dynamic Service Excellence Solutions and Legal Service Design teams. If you’re an experienced project manager who thrives on process improvement, technology-driven innovation, and managing change, this role could be for you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead projects that enhance resource utilisation, improve processes, and implement cutting-edge legal tech solutions. From scoping projects to planning budgets and timelines, and ensuring adoption through testing and training, you’ll play a key role in reshaping how legal services are delivered.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple workstreams or medium-sized projects.
• Driving process improvement and promoting innovative approaches.
• Collaborating with legal teams, IT, risk, and cybersecurity to ensure compliant, firm-wide solutions.
• Managing budgets, stakeholder communication, and user training.
• Supporting the introduction of new legal technology.
