My client are a reputable main contractor who have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality schemes and offering a market leading package! Due to an increase in projects they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team, first project based in Manchester City Centre.(PERM)

Ideal candidate

• Will have previously worked on a large scale residential project.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Ambitious individual who is wanting to grow and develop with a company.
• Solution provider, assertive and good communication skills.

Duties will include

• Reporting direct to a site based Project Manager.
• Coordinate trades, labour and equipment.
• Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers.
• Monitoring site performance against the programme.
• Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site.
• Quality control.
• Short term programme changes.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.
