Here is the chance to join an organically growing business with a strong (and profitable) trading history stretching back over 40 years. Revenue sits at around the £50M mark with an order book that reaches into 2026/2027. They are aiming to be a £60M revenue business in the next 2-3 years.

As a niche and highly specialised Marine civil contractor, they offer a unique service to their client base which sits across both the Public and Private Sectors, including high net worth individuals. Typically operating as a Principal Contractor, they delivery design & build projects up to around £30M in value. They excel at winning work by offering alternate technical solutions, and add further value through the ECI process.

• As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of technically challenging D&B marine projects across London and the South East. Most of the projects in London will be on the Thames, working for a variety of public and private sector clients. They are also currently in ECI on a larger project in the Suffolk / Essex area. Project values are typically between £1M - £6M and you might cover several at a time, or one large one.

For you to be successful in this position, you will:

• Hold demonstrable experience in delivering civil engineering projects as a number one, with values in excess of £3M
• Be educated to HND or Degree (or equivalent) level in Civil Engineering
• Ideally have experience of working on Marine or wet civils projects. Alternatively, be well versed in earthworks and piling.
• Have a clean driving licence and a willingness to travel across London and the South East (within reason)

Your contribution will be recognised, valued, and rewarded. There would also be opportunity for you to input into the wider business, helping with quality and processes improvement (if that’s your thing).

On offer is a salary of 70,000 - 75,000 per annum with a car allowance OR company car (EV or hybrid), paid travel, matched contribution pension, profit share bonus and 25 days holiday
