A down-to-earth Cost and Project Management Construction Consultancy has had several new retail projects come in and are therefore looking to strengthen their London office by appointing a new Project Manager.

The Project Manager’s role

The successful Project Manager will be part of a team of 10+ who will be running end user retail projects from design through to completion, thus a good level of PMO experience is required.

The Project Manager

• Completed a RICS accredited or Construction related degree
• 3+ years Project Management experience within a construction consultancy
• Retail project experience would be ideal
• PMO / Programme experience
• Any Quantity Surveying experience would be a plus, not essential
