I am excited to be working with a Hampshire local authority on a rare opportunity for a Town Planner to work in a major project development team.

This newly created role offers an attractive range of work and the chance to make a significant impact on a high-profile project.

Key Details:

• Experience: The opportunity is open to candidates with 1–2 years+ planning experience in the public or private sector, preferably within a Development Management / applications focused setting.
• Salary: £32,486 to £38,322.
• Hybrid Working: Two days in the office, three from home.
• Excellent travel links by road and rail to the wider Hampshire area
• Responsibilities: Initially handling smaller, but interesting planning submissions/applications with the opportunity to take on larger pieces of work as you progress.
• Permanent position.
