Senior Interior Designer

Sector: High-End Residential & Hospitality

Location: London, 5 days in office, Fulham

Salary: Up to £65,000

Are you an experienced and innovative Interior Designer ready to lead prestigious, high-profile projects? Jak Consultancy is excited to partner with an award-winning design studio renowned for its sophisticated, bespoke designs tailored to high-net-worth clients.

The Role

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will:

• Lead and oversee all stages of the design process, from concept development to project delivery.
• Create and present detailed design concepts, specifications, and drawings, including bespoke joinery and architectural features.
• Develop and manage FF&E schedules, mood boards, and material palettes.
• Supervise junior designers, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and manage subcontractors.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to monitor budgets and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to bring design visions to life.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality design, with a proven ability to manage large-scale projects independently.
• Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of interior architecture, FF&E, finishes, and fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Expertise in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp).
• Strong conceptual, visual, and presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience producing comprehensive drawing packages, schedules, and specifications.
• Confident leadership and team management abilities, paired with a collaborative approach.
