Your new role
This job is for an experienced fit out Project Manager. You will be overseeing 2 projects for a minimum duration of 8 weeks.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:

• Willingness to relocate to Scotland
• MUST HAVE
  - Extensive knowledge of commercial fit out projects.
• MUST HAVE.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field.
• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid etc.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
