Estimator Salary Dependant on Experience Omagh Full-Time, Permanent Civil Engineering Our client, a specialist Building and Civil Engineering contractors working across Northern Ireland and Scotland are looking to add an Estimator to their growing team. Day to Day: Conduct detailed research on materials, labour, and equipment costs, identifying opportunities for value engineering. Prepare subcontractor/supplier packages, analyse quotations for competitiveness and compliance, and finalise tenders within deadlines. Assist in planning job timescales, developing programs, and evaluating project risks. Attend meetings and site visits to understand project requirements. Use estimating systems to price tenders and present completed bids clearly to management. Requirements: Relevant Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. 4 years post-graduate experience in a similar / main contracting role.
