About the job

Description

The Role

We’re looking for a Property Manager to ensure commercial buildings run seamlessly, challenging the norm to deliver exceptional results. You’ll oversee two key areas:

Client Advocacy: Represent occupier clients, working with building managers across London to solve issues efficiently using your technical expertise and relationship-building skills.

Our Buildings: Manage operations for our growing portfolio of fully managed buildings, shaping processes, mobilising new spaces, and setting a benchmark for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advocacy:

  • Act as the main point of contact for communal building issues, managing client requests and ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and building management teams to facilitate open communication to enable swift resolutions.
  • Conduct site visits and onsite meetings, representing clients and auditing spaces for compliance and service quality.
  • Provide guidance and expertise for facilities-related issues within client demises

Our Buildings:

  • Oversee operations for four managed buildings, with more to come.
  • Prepare monthly reports on health and safety, suppliers, and utilities.
  • Assist with service charge reconciliations and draft building budgets.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance and service excellence.
  • Lead the mobilisation of new buildings.
  • Manage external suppliers, ensuring adherence to service agreements.

About You

  • Proven experience in property or facilities management, ideally in commercial real estate or managed offices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., RICS, IWFM, NEBOSH) are an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in FM software and health and safety regulations.
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives on collaboration.
  • Highly organised, disciplined, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at creating scalable processes while keeping the bigger picture in focus.
  • Hands-on, start-up mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Why Us?

The world of work has shifted forever. As people everywhere prioritise purpose over their paychecks, company culture has been thrown into the spotlight. But the problem is, too many companies are showing up to work in bland, cookie-cutter offices. We’re leading this change.

Real company culture can only be built in-person, in the real world – and for it to be authentic it needs its very own, personalised space. That’s why we create offices as unique as the brands and the people who work there. We’re long-term culture partners to our clients long after they've signed the lease and chosen the paint colours.
