Role: Project Manager
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: 55K (DOE)
Location: Bolton
I’m currently recruiting for a Word-Leading team in their industry, looking for a new team member as a Project Manager. This company provide unique solutions to a range of clients in marketing and advertisement, involving the full lifecycle from manufacturing to supporting remote device management.
This role will lie withing the New Product Introduction team, supporting cross-functional leadership across engineering management.

Core responsibilities:
Manage the full project life cycle for product development, including project recovery, New Product Introduction (NPI), New Product Development (NPD), and Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
Interpret and communicate key deliverables to the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Work within the company’s Project Framework to guide and manage product development processes.
Ensure adherence to project processes, ensuring the correct authorization is applied at each stage of the project.
Act as the project authority, taking charge of driving the project’s delivery, resolving issues, and ensuring progress is on track.
Ensure project outcomes meet relevant KPIs or other specified requirements, such as cost, time, and quality.
Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are incorporated into the project planning and execution.
Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues to senior management when necessary to maintain project continuity.
Support the continuous improvement of company Project Management Framework, contributing to ongoing process development and optimization.
