This company are a RICS, CIAT and RIBA approved 50-person strong practice consisting of Architects, Project Managers, Consultants, Building Surveyors, Designers and a Management team.

The Project Team have plans to grow to ten by the end of the year—making this the perfect time to come on board.

Your Role:

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee a variety of large-scale projects within the sectors not limited to but including Logistics, Industrial, and Mixed-Use sectors from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to develop strategic execution plans.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Manage all project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the process.
