FTC Contracts Manager (Remote + 1 day Site Visits)

Location: Overseeing projects in North – can be based anywhere

Competitive salary + Car Allowance or Company Car

We are recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee key electrical projects for a leading company in the industry. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home 4 days a week, with 1 day spent visiting sites in the North to ensure projects run smoothly and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee, and direct electrical projects from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Tender and price jobs with precision when required.
• Track, measure, and control project costs, ensuring profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly reports highlighting profit margins and system costs against valuations.
• Conduct valuations and manage accurate, timely invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling concerns until resolution.
• Prepare reports for management reviews and respond promptly to all management requests.
