Are you a Project Manager with experience working on maintenance contracts for Network Rail frameworks?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Rail Project Manager to work with a principal contractor on the maintenance of earthworks and drainage across the South East

Rate: £400-£500/day DOE - IR35 dependant on outcome of an assessment
Location: Kent & Sussex
Duration: 6 months potential for extension

Requirements:
·3 years Project Management experience
·Previous experience working on frameworks for Network Rail
·PTS
·SMSTS
·BEng / HND / HNC or equivalent - desired
·Full clean drivers licence

Responsibilities:

·Developing the overall project delivery and reporting processes to ensure delivery of assigned projects meet relevant standards
·Being the day-to-day single point of contact for clients on all aspects pertaining to assigned projects.
·The financial performance and reporting of all projects, including financial performance through Oracle
·The contractual Quality and Health & Safety for all projects
·Producing Project Documentation from initiation through to project close out.
·Subcontract selection and management.
·Providing detailed and regular project reviews, reports and KPI's
·Undertaking regular Site Safety Inspections on project portfolio to promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
