Antrim Salary - £40K - £50K + travel About the Company Working with a very busy Building Contractor who specialise in new build residential developments and commercial projects across Ulster. They have a range of projects on across the Antrim / Down area and tenders out for more work. Projects typically valued over the £10M Mark. My client has a fantastic reputation and very high staff retention. The Role Coordination and supervision of various projects as required by the business. Oversee projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites. Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget. Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines. Ensure H&S and Company Policies are adhered to. Regularly meet with Clients and other stakeholders to update them on the progress of the projects. Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations. Requirements A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification. A minimum of 3 years experience managing high volume sites for specialist contractors or property developers. Minimum of 5-7 years experience in the Construction Industry. Must have experience managing new build residential developments. Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site. Engineering background desirable. Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines. Strong I.T skills are essential.
