Description

We are seeking a Project Manager or Construction Manager for a 6-month contract, working inside IR35. This role is primarily remote, with travel to Derby as required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Manage subcontractors and oversee cabling or substation projects.
• Lead and support the tendering process.
• Conduct and participate in one-stage team interviews.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Strong operational experience in project or construction management.
• Technical Expertise: Background in cabling or substations.
• Tendering Knowledge: Experience in preparing and managing tender processes.
• Leadership: Ability to manage subcontractors and work effectively with project teams.
