Description

As a Construction Manager for our client’s multimillion-pound upgrade project, you will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities on a pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Montrose, overseeing the delivery of world-class HSE Management Systems, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and industry standards. This role is offered on a long-term contract.

What You Will Need:

• Ample experience in a Construction Management role, preferably in pharmaceutical/life sciences
• CITB SMSTS Site Management Safety Training Scheme certification and IOSH Managing Safety qualification.
• Significant experience in plant and equipment strip-out in a live operational environment.
• Strong understanding of construction HSE compliance, statutory regulations, and ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence design and ensure safety across construction activities.
