Description

We are seeking a skilled and experiencedRainscreen, Cladding, and Metalwork Estimatorto join our team in Peterlee. This is an exciting opportunity for an estimator with proven industry expertise to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects.

Role Responsibilities:

• Preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for rainscreen, cladding, and metalwork projects.

• Collaborate with design, project management, and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing.

• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine material, labour, and production costs.

• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

• Maintain and develop relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service

  throughout the estimation process.

• Participate in post-tender negotiations and handovers with the project delivery team.

  Requirements:

• Proven experience as an estimator within the rainscreen, cladding, and metalwork sectors.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  Job Details:

  The role is based in Peterlee and is offering £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
