We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Project Manager to lead exciting projects from initial concept through to completion. Location: Belfast & Dublin Salary: Competitive + Industry-Leading Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities Manage projects from beginning to final handover Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources Lead cross-functional teams and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality control standards Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and risk management Drive efficiency, innovation, and problem-solving on-site What You Need Minimum of 3 years' experience in project or contracts management within fitout or construction Proven track record in delivering high-end Fitout projects Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in digital project management tools Advanced knowledge of procurement processes & contract frameworks Whats in It for You?
