Description

We are looking for a Workplace Operations Manager to oversee the setup and day-to-day management of our new operational hubs. You will ensure smooth transitions, compliance with regulations, and a high-quality workplace experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and facilities management of new office locations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory regulations.
  • Work closely with project teams to transition workplaces smoothly.
  • Manage contracts and service providers for facilities operations.
  • Oversee budgets, track project progress, and report updates.
  • Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless office experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in setting up and managing new office locations.
  • Knowledge of workplace compliance, facilities services, and contractor management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and ensure efficient operations.
  • A team player with a proactive approach.
  • Full UK driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
