Job Title: Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire (Alternative Sites include Southam, Bicester, Aylesbury)

Salary: Up to £75,000

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects, including road re-alignment and bridge construction. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new Midlands division of a national civils company with plans for rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil engineering projects, including a £5m road re-alignment and £2m bridge scheme.
• Oversee the contractual and commercial aspects of the projects.
• Lead the site team, including Site Agent and Senior Works Manager.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects, on time and within budget.
• Report to the Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in civil engineering, particularly in roads, highways, structures, and utilities.
• HNC or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Ability to manage site teams and take responsibility for project delivery.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £75,000 base salary + Package

Working Hours & Location:

• All site-based work, with regular visits to project locations in Banbury and surrounding areas.
