Estimator - Civils

Estimator required for a leading Civil Engineering Contractor. The successful Estimator will be working amongst an experienced team, working closely with the Estimating Manager. The role will suit an Intermediate Estimator or Quantity Surveying professional looking for a role in the civils division of an award winning company. Estimators who have experience on groundworks/civils schemes for main contractors or sub-contractors are well suited to this role. All projects are situated in the Essex region.

Estimators will be taken ona PAYE permanent basis.

The Estimator will be based out of the Chelmsford office.

Estimator Key Skills

• Preconstruction, Estimating experience
• Material take-off experience
• Civils/Groundworks experience beneficial
• Recent hands-on commercial experience
• Suitable to a Junior/Trainee who wants to learn to be a Civils Estimator

Estimator Salary & Benefits

• £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
• Car Allowance
• Bonus
