Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our clients team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in estimating for interior fit-out packages, including joinery, glazed partitions, drylining, and structural glazing. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in our company's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, focusing on joinery, glazed partitions, drylining, and structural glazing.
  
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to identify scope, requirements, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
  
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, obtaining competitive quotations.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure all estimates are aligned with project requirements and budgets.
  
• Present cost estimates and pricing strategies to senior management, ensuring they reflect the current market conditions and company objectives.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and construction methods related to interior fit-out packages.
  
• Track project costs, monitor progress against estimates, and prepare reports for management review.
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an estimator in the construction or fit-out industry, with a strong focus on joinery, glazed partitions,& joinery.
  
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards specific to interior fit-out projects.
  
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills.
  
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
• Relevant qualifications in construction, quantity surveying, or a related field (preferred).
