We are currently looking for an Estimator with experience creating and implementing processes and spreadsheets to join our client on the outskirt of Ludlow!

£38,000 to £45,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working requiring 1 day per week in the office

We are currently looking for an experience Estimator to join our client in Ludlow! TOur client established company within the UK Modular sector, known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join their dynamic team. Ideally the candidate will have 2-3 years minimum experience of Estimating within a Construction related field and will be available to travel to Ludlow once evey week or second week for 1 day.

What will the Estimator be doing?

• Create and implement spreadsheets into the business
• Liaise closely with the Production Team to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
• Review and analyse engineering drawings to prepare detailed and competitive tenders.
• Specify parts and materials required for production, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Travel to our factory once every week or two to oversee production needs and collaborate with the team.
  
  

What we are looking for in the Estimator?

• Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in the Construction sector
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in [relevant software/tools].
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to travel to the factory on a regular basis probably once every week or two weeks.
• Good understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Proficient in Excel.
