Are you a Site Manager looking for the opportunity to work with a growing developer for a private site in Central Scotland?

We are delighted to be working with this family owned house builder with over 40 years’ experience delivering quality homes across Scotland. They are looking to add a Site Manager to their team on a fixed term 6 month contract. You will be responsible for overseeing the infrastructure and civils works on the site.

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, duties of the role include:

• Management of all day to day site activity.
• Responsible for driving the program.
• Responsible for all health and safety related activity on site.
• Quality inspections to ensure work meets expectation.
• 
  

We are looking for candidates who have knowledge of civils works and enjoy maintaining a tidy site compound!
