Role: Construction Manager

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000p/a dependent on skills and experience.

The Company

A well-established company is looking for a Construction Manager to join their growing teams within their Construction and/or Fire Protection projects. This role is available on a hybrid working basis, you’ll be likely to work 3-4 days in the office.

The Role

As a Construction Manager, you’ll be managing site operations, ensuring compliance with health and oversee suppliers, subcontractors and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution. You’ll also ensure quality control and monitor budgets, schedules, specifications and drawings.

Required Skills / Experience

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large complex projects in the Construction and/or Fire Protection industries.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership & communication skills
• Previous experience planning meetings, drawings and specifications.
