Description
Facilities and Estate Manager
Location: Southwest or Northwest - UK
Salary: £50,000
Contract: FTC or Permanent
Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities & Estates Manager to support regional sites, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and sustainability progress. You’ll manage properties, contracts, utilities, and supplier relationships while playing a key role in office moves and workspace planning.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage office moves, set-ups & space planning
✅ Oversee estate management, leases & planned maintenance
✅ Drive sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency & waste reduction)
✅ Lead a small team & external service providers
✅ Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
IWFM Level 4/5 or equivalent
RICS/IRPM membership (preferred)
Experience managing office moves & workspace planning
Strong leadership, negotiation & project management skills
Knowledge of health & safety & sustainability practices
Full driving licence (vehicle can provided for site visits)
