Description

Site Manager / General Foreman with experience of bypass / roads / highways projects required on an ongoing contract basis in the Southampton area.

Duties:

• Overseeing operatives working on enabling works, earthworks and civil engineering for an important bypass project
• Making sure works are completed in accordance with specifications, on time and within budget
• Ensuring site safety
• Control of materials
• Site reports and documentation
• Client and sub-contractor liaison

Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Manager on similar highways / roadworks schemes is essential, along with SSSTS or SMSTS. A NRSWA / Street Works / SWQR ticket would be advantageous.
