ROLE: Estimator
HOURS: 08:30-17:00 Monday - Friday
SALARY: £25,000-£30,000 dependent on skills and experience
BASE: Eurocell, Birchwood Way, Somercotes, Alfreton

We are currently recruiting for an additional UPVC Estimator within our Estimating team to accurately prepare estimates within Installation, Maintenance, replacement UPVC, Windows, Doors and other related products.
You will also interpret project specifications and drawings to provide detailed and competitive estimates working with our Sales, Project Management and Procurement teams.

WHAT OUR ESTIMATORS DO:

• Prepare Estimates through project specifications and drawings for UPVC Windows, Doors and other related products
• Measure and assess site conditions to determine materials, labour and time required for each project
• Collaborate with suppliers to obtain best pricing
• Maintain relationships with vendors to stay updated on material pricing, product availability and industry trends
• Provide ongoing support to the project management team

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR ESTIMATORS:

• Proven experience as an estimator in the UPVC, Construction or related industry
• Proficient in estimation software or tools (E.G Microsoft Excel, Estimating software)
• Excellent attention to detail along with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawing and specifications
• Confident when communicating to suppliers, clients and subcontractors
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
