Responsibilities: Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection Liaise with all levels of management Lead toolbox talks Conduct risk assessments Adhere to construction drawings Ability to perform on residential projects Day to day site Management of busy development to include materials and site personnel inclusive of sub-contractors. Effective communication with clients, architects, engineers subcontractors and house purchasers to ensure delivery of turn key homes are met.
