Freelance Site Manager Needed, Newbuild Residential, Warrington

Your new company
Hays are working with an established regional housebuilder to procure an experienced and reliable site manager to oversee their newbuild residential scheme in the Warrington area for a period of 8 weeks. The project in question is currently in site set up, so you will be overseeing the enabling works and subcontractors on site.


As Site Manager, you will:

• Maintain all RAMS and H&S on site
• Oversee the groundworks contractors
• Ensure QA is upheld
• Assist in programming

What you will have

• Black CSCS is mandatory
  
• SMSTS and First Aid are essential
• Temporary Works Coordinator is desirable
• Housing experience is a must, and any accompanying civil knowledge is desirable
