Site Manager Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Company: Our client is a multi-award-winning house builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects. With a growing pipeline of work in the Greater Belfast area, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 25-unit housing development. Role Overview: As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the 25-unit housing development in Belfast. This includes managing the site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Oversee all aspects of the housing development, from groundworks to handover. Team Leadership: Manage subcontractors and site operatives, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient progress. Health & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations on site. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the construction process. Budget & Schedule: Monitor costs and schedules, reporting to senior management to keep the project on track. Client Communication: Provide regular progress updates to the client and management team. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housing developments.
