Site Manager Lisburn UK / Ireland Travel £60k to £65k Details: Includes Fuel Card, Holidays, Pension, Phone and Laptop. Our clients deliver bespoke interior design and refurbishment services across the UK & Ireland. Day to day: Ability to deliver projects on time and to a high level. Ability to manage, organise and coordinate labour. To provide accurate, consistent, and professional, records and reports. To follow construction drawings and works information. Instrumental role in the negotiation of contracts. Essential Criteria: Need 5+ years Site Management experience. Site Management and Health & Safety Cards. Technical and practical knowledge of the Building / Fit-Out Industry. Self-motivated hard working with man management skills. Analytical and decision-making skills.
