Estimator/QS Opportunity

Are you a Quantity Surveyor or an Engineer with estimating experience looking for a challenging, hands-on role in a highly specialist sector? This is a full-time, office-based position (Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) offering exposure to a wide variety of projects across Scotland.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling incoming enquiries, preparing and sending quotes (ranging from £500 to £1M).
• Managing a high-volume, specialist service where labour and equipment are key cost factors.
• Working closely with the projects team to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
• Handling variations, disputes, and client queries.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience with NEC/JCT contracts is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team orientated work environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to react quickly to client needs.
• A background in QS, estimating, or construction management (graduates with some experience will be considered).
