Location: Walsall
Duration: 6 months rolling
Rate: £400/day
IR35: Inside - paid via umbrella company

Our client is an industry leading rail contractor and due to an increase in work bank, they require a Construction Manager to join them on a major tram project in the West Midlands.

As the Construction Manager, you will be overseeing and managing the delivery of internal fit-out works on an existing depot. Packages will include first and second hand fit-out, M&E and portal frame buildings.

Daily responsibilities will include ensuring the project is delivered in line with project plans and to budget, working alongside subcontractors, managing site performance whilst enforcing H&S standards.

Requirements:

• Track record of working as Construction Manager on building fit-out projects.
• Experience working within a rail environment, ideally on depots or stations.
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS card
• Ideally PTS
