High-level Project Manager opportunity required for office/hybrid opportunity in south west London for High-End Residential Renovations (£1.5M-£2M).

£70,000-£100,000 package starting ASAP. Contractors on outside IR35 day rates can also be considered who can start immediately. I am recruiting for 2 openings for my client.

You will be managing 2-3 prime projects for full house refurbishments, ensuring project milestones were met within scope and budget. Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, reducing project costs.

You will have more than 10 years experience in construction and previous experience as a project manager. Be able to conduct client meetings, manage subcontractors, architects, interior designers etc.
