Facilities Manager for VVIP Client in Qatar $7,000 – $8,000 per month

Salary: $7,000 – $8,000 per month

Location: Doha, Qatar - relocation offered

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Facilities Manager to join a high-profile client in Doha, Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity to lead all aspects of facilities operations within a large-scale, guest-centric environment. Experience in luxury 5-star hotels or high-end settings is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance, engineering, housekeeping, and hospitality teams
• Manage MEP, HVAC, safety, and waste systems
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive operational improvements
• Conduct inspections, supervise contractors, and manage budgets
• Lead, train, and evaluate staff across departments

Requirements:

• Experience in luxury 5-star hotels and high-end environments is essential.
• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of CAFM/BMS systems
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with F&B and housekeeping operations is a plus
