Estimator or Senior Estimator

Location: Hybrid (nationwide locations)

Salary: £50,000-£80,000 DEO + Benefits

Type: Permanent

This is your opportunity to join a leading Facilities Management organisation operating across both the public and private sectors. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering accurate and competitive cost estimates for Hard and Soft FM services, helping to secure high-value contracts.

The Role As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for Hard and Soft FM contracts across public and private sector clients.
• Analysing tender documents, specifications, and client requirements to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Collaborating with bid teams, operational leads, and commercial teams to ensure robust financial proposals.
• Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and drive value.
• Supporting the business development team with pricing models and cost validation.

You To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the Facilities Management sector (Hard FM and/or Soft FM).
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of cost modelling and pricing strategies.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to assess risks and value engineering opportunities.
• Experience working on bids for public and private sector contracts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with occasional travel to office locations.
