Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations on the site.
• Responsible for driving the program and delivering quality products for customers.
• Monitor that all work is being carried out in accordance with project specifications, health and safety and NHBC requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
• Providing leadership and mentoring to the site team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
• Ensuring first-class customer service through walkarounds/handovers.

We are looking for candidates who are goal-focused, methodical thinkers, enjoy working with the public and delivering on customer care. Someone who has a real passion and flair for delivering quality homes and enjoy maintaining a tidy site compound!

A proven track record delivering new build construction projects is a must given the nature of this role and it would certainly be desirable if you had experience in the housing industry. Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will also be required for this role.
