Role Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-paced and innovative team in the beauty and personal care industry. This role involves managing multiple full-service projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring each is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects through the full product development lifecycle.
• Create and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are clearly communicated and met.
• Perform risk analysis and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Complete costing sheets, negotiate pricing with suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate product artwork, filling/assembly specifications, and filling trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Design, Formulation, and Engineering.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients through regular meetings and communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within colour cosmetics, skincare, or haircare product development.
• Solid background in health & beauty manufacturing.
• Experience managing full-service projects from design to delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-facing experience.
• Degree educated or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
