5 days in the office

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary of £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Discretionary performance-related bonus.
  • 20 days annual leave + 3 additional days over the Christmas period.
  • Professional membership support.
  • Fresh fruit, snacks, refreshments, and team social events.
  • Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) for pre-approved overtime.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D tools such as SketchUp and Enscape (or similar).
  • Organised, self-motivated, and passionate about crafting exceptional design experiences.

We’re working with a highly respected, design-led architectural practice based in West London to find an experienced Interior Designer with a specialist focus on FF&E. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and detail-driven designer to take a leading role in the design and delivery of high-end workplace environments for global brands.

As the dedicated interiors and FF&E expert within the team, you’ll be involved in every stage of the project — from concept through to installation — helping craft spaces that are not only functional but truly inspiring.

The Role

  • Lead the FF&E and interior design scope across large-scale, design-led workplace projects.
  • Bring 6–8 years of post-graduate experience, ideally in high-end corporate or commercial environments.
  • Contribute to early concept and research phases, developing mood boards and site-specific design responses.
  • Translate the studio’s design principles into clear, refined material and furniture schemes.
  • Confidently manage FF&E sourcing, specification, supplier liaison, and presentation packages.
  • Work across all RIBA stages with a solid understanding of UK building regulations and design standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors. On-site experience during construction is highly desirable.
  • A strong eye for detail, colour, and finish is essential. Freehand sketching skills are a bonus.
