Surveyor

Are you a proactive and skilled Surveyor with an interest in Rural work, looking to make a real impact within a forward-thinking, independent consultancy?

Salary - Up to £40k

We’re an established and growing firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, founded on the principle of providing long-term, tailored advice to clients across the rural and development sectors. Our team thrives on solving complex property challenges with straightforward, strategic solutions — free from rigid corporate structure.

As we expand, we’re looking for a qualified Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our collaborative team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of rural consultancy projects, while also developing your own client base and professional interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property and land valuations
• Complex dispute resolution and expert witness work
• Rural agency and development land sales
• Planning and development consultancy
• Landlord & Tenant matters

You’ll work closely with senior leadership on existing instructions, with plenty of scope to grow your role.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years + commercial experience in surveying
• Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
• A self-starter who also enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
• CAAV and Registered Valuer status beneficial, but not essential
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset and a drive to deliver results
