Cladding Manager – Contract Position

Location: Cornwall

Rate: Competitive (Contract)

My client is seeking an experienced Cladding Manager to join their team on a contract basis for a project based in Cornwall.

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive cladding experience, capable of managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing cladding packages on construction projects
• Valid Black CSCS Card (essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to oversee programme, H&S compliance, and subcontractor performance
• Immediately available or available at short notice
