Forsyth Barnes are proud to be recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading organisation undergoing an exciting digital and business transformation. This hybrid role is based in Yorkshire (3 days per week on-site) and offers the opportunity to play a key part in the delivery of critical transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of end-to-end projects across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, gather business requirements, and document As-Is/To-Be processes.
• Manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and on-time delivery.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, and risk logs with accurate reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the organisation’s transformation journey.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven track record in delivering business change or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, can-do approach.
• Proficient in project management tools, techniques, and recognised methodologies (e.g., Prince2, APM, Agile PM).
• Excellent planning, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience across project and software development lifecycles.

Desirable:

• Experience in retail, eCommerce, or commercial environments.
• Advanced Excel or database tools (e.g., Access) proficiency.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related analytical discipline.
