About the role:

An interesting practice in London is looking for an Architect (Mid level)/Technician to support them for the next 6 months, with scope to extend. The role offers hybrid working of 3 days per week.

Start: Week commencing the 26th May

Location: London

Salary/Rate: DOE

Duration: 6 months +

Responsibilities:

The role would involve working on the construction stages (4-5) due to a rise in projects, with further projects expected to land.

Requirements:

• Relevant architectural/construction qualifications.
• Revit favourable, with AutoCAD essential.
• Experience of working with listed buildings would be ideal.
• Strong knowledge of UK statutory regulations.
• Skilled in RIBA Stages 4 onwards.
• Excellent design and spatial planning skills.
• Time management skills and highly organised working methods.
• Able to prioritise challenging deadlines and work independently on one’s own initiative.
• Liaise effectively and efficiently with other members of the team and also external consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident communicator, able to liaise positively with clients and project consultants.
