️ Site Manager – High End New Build

Near Chichester, West Sussex

£70,000 + Package

We're working on behalf of a long-established High End Residential contractor who are working on impressive new build project near Chichester - a 14,000 sqft luxury home with top-tier finishes and a complex, architect-led design.

They’re now looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the reins and deliver the job to an exceptional standard. Think private estate, bespoke joinery, and meticulous detail throughout - this one’s for someone who knows what excellence looks like on site.

The Role:

• Oversee the full site delivery of a ground-up £8m new build
• Manage all site operations, subcontractors, and quality standards
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, client team, and high-end suppliers
• Ensure health & safety, program milestones, and site presentation are on point

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in High-End Residential
• Proven track record delivering one-off homes valued £5m+
• Strong knowledge of structural elements, traditional build, and high-end finishes
• Comfortable liaising with clients and consultants in a professional manner
• SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
