Project Manager – National – Contract Catering/Soft FM – Up to £65k + Package

We are working with an established, national Contract Catering and Soft FM provider who are looking to bring in a Project Manager with a focus on Labour efficiency.

About the position:

This role requires an experienced Project Manager who has experience in driving workforce efficiency and developing continuous improvement.

You will partner with the operational and finance leadership team to effectively drive and deliver labour solutions. Your expertise around labour systems and initiatives will help equip on site teams to consistently succeed.

Data will help drive this role, but an operational understanding will be fundamental in succeeding. As the go-to expert for labour planning, experience in this niche area will be required.

This is a remote working role with a national remit, travel for contract mobilisations and contract development will be required.

Ideal Operations Manager:

• Experience in a project management role, with an element or focus on labour optimisation within Contract Catering or FM is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience with online labour systems
• A ‘can do' attitude and a passion for a data driven role
• Your passion will be service and standards
• Excellent IT skills
